Monday: short term goal

My short term goal is to get to the gym 5 times this week. I am not going to weighmyself this week so tune in next week to see what my results are.

I am very Frustrated with myself:

So as the title of my post says...i am very frustrated with myself.  I have not been doing cadio as much as I should and i have not been eating the way i should.  Hence i have gained 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks.  I am not sure what is going on. but i need to do a gut check and get back on the bandwagon.

Grrr to myself since I only have myself to blame.
