Thursday:
Down a couple pounds from Monday which is good...but i was up a couple on Monday from the weekend which was not so good...I got a good sweat in with my pal and we didn't even workout, saunas are a wonderful thing. I also took some of his advise and got a footlong chicken sub with nothing on it except veggies and oil and vinegar! I was impressed that i didn't miss the cheese or the mayo and the sub had plenty of flavor!

New Week:
Like my previous post stated i got to the gym on Saturday and I got a really good workout in. My hope is to have a good week this week and get to the gym at least twice but hopefully 3 times. Here's to optimism and my my desire to get to the gym at least 3 times this week!!!

GET TO THE GYM!
A frustrating day leads me to want to get to the gym tonight...but alas I have a meeting at 6:30 at church...maybe i will have some time to go to the gym afterward, i sincerely hope so. Here is to a not to long meeting tonight so Derek can get to the gym.

I have been a Bad Boy: :-(
Yes you read the title right, i have been a bad boy and i have not gotten to the gym. The good news is that i am at a point where i am maintaining my weight which is a good thing. I need to get myself more organized so i can get to the gym regularly I really do miss it.

Back to work:
I need to get back to work at the gym. I have not been consistant lately and I need to get better. My weight is still at 330. But I need to start seeing that go down. 37 pounds is good but not good enough.

The Crazy week continues:
So the longer this week goes the crazier it seems to be. I didn't get to the gym last night and it looks like i might not get there tonight. I have been watching what i eat so i do not anticipate any hit from my lack of cardio this week. I hope to make up for it this weekend.

Crazy Tuesday:
I have a crazy tuesday night in store for me tonight. First I have an appointment at 4:30, then I have to go to the grocery store, then i have a church meeting...and if i feel up to it I am hoping to get to the gym after my last meeting...Crazy indeed!!!

Back to the Grind:
Got to the gym twice over the weekend...Friday night and Sunday afternoon. I am happy to report that my weight was at 329 on Sunday which is at least in the right direction for now. I have stopped my hunt for a Gym and I am going to stick with what i have...under the preface that a gym is better then no gym...which is entirely true!
