Saturday:


Got t the gym this morning and got a really good sweat in, 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of sauna+ some pretty good company.  My weight was at 295 and I have my sights at being sub 290 hopefully before the new year.

Mini Goal number 1 has been reached:

Ok so my first real mini goal has been reached.  My weight is now consistantly under 300...granted it is in the 298 - 299 range...but I'll take it.  I am still working hard to keep this thing going and I am really watching what I eat over the last several weeks.  So for anyone who is keeping track at home.  The current total is 68 pounds loss which was 19% of what I weighed at the start.

My weight loss has slowed down...which i believe can be expected.  Over the last month I have gone down about 6 pounds so that means about 1.5 pounds per week on average.  Which means that if all goes according to plan I should reach 265 in a little over 5 months or somewhere in May 2011.  Which would be awesome since my original goal was to be at 265 in august 2011!
