So I have been going to the gym (4 times per week), controlling my caloric intake (2400 - 3000, depending on level of exercise) per day and my weight has not gone down at all in the last several weeks. I am trying to stay positive and see what is going on...I am going to claim that it is muscle mass...(maybe true, maybe not, it's not really important) I am going to keep up my work and see where it leads me...I am going to take a vacation from weighing myself for one month...and see what happens...so the next time I am going to weigh in will be April 4th...Hopefully I won't still be at 289.
