So my son has made it a habit to want to stay up past 10 pm every night. My wife and I are struggling to get him into bed earlier and I am starting to pay for it. I try to get up at 4:45 so I can get to the gym by 5 for my workout in the morning but when you don't get to bed until 11:00 it is hard to get up after 5 hours of sleep. I have not been dropping weight like I should and I believe the root cause is me only getting 5 - 6 hours of sleep per night...I need to try to get my boy on a better routine so he is in by 9:30. It is going to be rough but I know we got to do it.
