Got a good workout in this morning and on Saturday. My average weight readings are between 300.5 and 302 which is down a couple from a week ago. I am actually getting a twofer in tonight and I am getting to the gym a second time today. I am also starting to plan for my 5K run. I have a couple training routes planned that are 3.0 and 3.1 miles each respectively. I am actively looking for race over thanksgiving but I don't plan on driving a long distance for one so I am looking for something that is more local to where I live.
