Ok so I was feeling nostalgic today and I looked at the very first blog post I did on August 24th, 2009.
Below is an exerp from that post:

"My plan is to get myself under 300 lbs within the next year...so i have to lose 65 lbs in 365 days or 1.24 lbs every 7 days. My long-term goal is 265...but i am not thinking of that quite yet."

Man how things change in 1 year and 5 months. Here I now sit at 293 and 265 is very much in my radar. It seems like an eon ago that I was at 367.
