Alright week one was a good week for me, but then again it was bad in some ways as well! I didn't get to the gym as much as i wanted (which is the bad) but my weight went down 1.3 pounds. So I am currently sitting at 293.7 pounds which is ahead of my weekly goal!
I decided to try out a new site for counting calories. I liked hotcal.com but I was drawn to the brighter lights of a larger company. I decided to go with myfitnesspal.com and so far it has been really good. they have an app for my android power phone and it has a lot of features that other sites just don't have and for free!
