Good weekend:

I had a pretty good weekend.  I got to the gym on Saturday and worked out really good. When i weighed in i was at an even 330 which is down another 2 pounds from my unexpected gain of a couple nights ago.  Now i need to stay more consistent in my workout and to keep my eating habits more streamlined as well.
I definitely want to keep these good vibes going.
