This weekend was pretty good. We got around 18 - 20 inches of snow so shoveling was my workout on Saturday, I got to the gym on Sunday and got a good workout in 30 minutes of sweat. I also weighed my self and i tipped the scales at just under 330...but my weight is still fluxuating between 329 and 332...but for now i am happy with 37 pounds. I still need to watch my weekends and my dinner proportions but everything so far is gong pretty good.
