EARLY Monday Morning:

And yes i do mean early. I did what I said I was going to do on Friday and I got to the gym at 5:00 am this morning. Surprisingly there were a bunch of people there with me. 30 minutes of cardio and 450 calories later I was on my way home. Thankfully both my wife and son were still sleeping soundly...I was able to get into the shower and dressed before either of them stirred. Maybe this will actually work? I certainly hope so. It will be nice to go home tonight knowing that my workout has already been completed.

I also have a new short term goal. 320 before May 12th. That will be a 10 pound weight loss in one month. I am excited to see if i can do it.
