I was a little sore this morning so instead of not going at all i decided to go lightly and still get a run in. 20 minutes later i had a decent sweat going and i felt good for still getting to the gym...tomorrow will be a regular cardio day...So far i have been able to get to the gym by at least 5:10 and then get back home by at least 5:45. I am hoping that this continues over the next several weeks.
