So it is Tuesday...and that is all that really needs said...if you do not understand my loath of this day of the week please check out my post on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 (Imagine that!)
I really need to do two things, get my butt in bed at a more reasonable time every night...and then get my butt out of bed at 5am and then immediately proceed to the gym for morning cardio. Right now i am not really doing either and I need to stop that. My weight has stayed really consistant over the last 3 - 4 weeks. I am not losing weight but how could I since i am not getting to the gym regularly. But I will take a small credence that i have kept weight off and not put anything back on even with my lack of working out.
So Tomorrow is a new start to the 30 day challenge that I placed on myself on my very first post. Derek this is yourself writing your blog...get to the gym tomorrow morning at 5am....Or Else.
