So this marks 3 straight days of good gym work. When I hoped on the Elyptical Machine this morning my legs were not feeling the best. So I cut my cardio down to 15 minutes and then did several types of upper body exercises. I am feeling it pretty good today but overall I feel really good. I am actually liking being able to go to the gym at 5:45 instead of 5:15 that extra 1/2 an hour makes alot of difference.
