Wednesday:

Got a little bit lighter workout in today.  Only 400 calories instead of my usual 500 but that is ok.  My meal plan has been working as expected and I am feeling like I might be able to keep up this 3 pounds per week goal I have right now.  If I can keep this up for the summer it would mean that I would lose around 30 pounds in 3 months.  Which would actually be right around my 1 year Anniversary for my diet plan.  So if I can actually pull this off it would mean that I have lost 67 pounds in 1 year.  And I would be happy if I can get to 50 pounds which would be place me at 317 but I would be really happy at sub 300. It has been a long time since I have been in the 200's...
