Backing down to bi-weekly weigh-ins

Got to the gym this morning, but did not get as long of a workout in as I previously anticipated.  I really need to get my butt out of bed when my alarm goes off.  I didn't stroll into the gym until 5:30 and that left me only 20 minutes for my workout.  But I made the most of my 20 minutes and burned 320 calories.
I am also going to back-off my basically daily weigh-ins...I am going to go to a two a week system.
Mondays and Fridays.  To see how my week went and then to see how the weekend affected me.  We'll see how this change goes.
