So I got on the scale today and I was shocked to see my weight at 308. (Actually just a shade under but that is besides the point!) On Saturday the scale read 305.5 which meant that I gained 2.5 pounds in less the 3 days. I am chalking it up to "meh" it isn't really a big deal anyway. The more important item is that I got to the gym today and got a really good sweat in. That usually happens when I don't like what I see on the scale. Maybe I should weigh in with extra weight in my pocket so I can keep that motivation going :-)
