Thursday:

Got to the gym, not this  morning but this evening.  Got a really good sweat in and burned 400 calories.  Had a really good dinner as well tonight.  Had a footlong subway oven roasted chicken sandwich and some baked lays. The sub was chicken and veggies only...no mayo or cheese.  It a amazes me that a sub with no cheese or mayo can have so much flavor.
