Ok so I am back on the workout bandwagon. I have gotten to the gym in each of the last two mornings and I am feeling pretty good about it. Two straight days of 400 calories burned has to be good for you right? I tell myself that. Now to keep watching what I eat so I can continue on my journey! I am really looking forward to finally being back in the 200's it has been a really long time since I have been at that weight range!
