Two Straight Gym Days:

First the good.  I have gotten to the gym the last two days.  Now the bad.  I have gotten up extremely late so I have only gotten cardio work of 25 min each day.  But that is OK.  I am going to take the good and try to do better at the bad.  I bet my going to bed at 11:00 each night has something to do with not getting up until 5:30 each day.  If I can adjust my sleep schedule to be a little earlier then maybe I could get up a little earlier.  Here is to hoping.
