Back on the Bandwagon

For the last several weeks my weight has been in the 284 - 286 range (but this morning I was at 282)...which was up 14 pounds from my low of 272 in August.  There are several factors that have lead to this and actually not all of them are bad.
I have been doing some snacking and the like but that is some of the weight gain over the last 3 months.  But over this time I have begun to hit the weights much harder then I have in the last two years.  An example of the progress I have made is that a couple months ago I was struggling to bench 185 lbs for 3 sets of 10, Now I am doing 225 lbs for 3 sets of 10, and I am close to getting 245 lbs for 3 sets of ten. So my body composition is definitely changing.
But that is no reason to not be losing some weight, I need to get back on the cardio bandwagon and to continue my lifting.  This way I can hit my goal of 250, I don't know if the new year is possible but I am going to give it my best shot.
