At least Tuesday night was good:

Well I did get to the Gym on Tuesday night.  And i was a bit apprehensive when I stepped on the scale.  The number that i saw actually shocked me a little...360!  So evidently i lost 5 pounds over the last week.  This is at least a good start.  Hopefully i can keep it rolling over the next several weeks and I can build up some momentum with some more positive results.

Keys to Victory:
Elliptical Machine - It is a very low impact machine that builds up quite a bit of sweat.  After 30 minutes on it I am drenched.
Snacking - No snacking after work (before dinner) or after dinner before bed.
Reasonable Serving sizes - I don't plan on cutting out breads or snack food (carbs etc...)  But i do plan on making sure i am reasonable in how much i eat!
