Day 1: An Average Monday

Today was not to bad...bowl of cereal in the morning (Fruit Loops). Ham Salad sandwich, small portion of cheese puffs and some dried cranberries for lunch. Cheeseburger soup and Cherry-Doctor Pepper Bread (My Wife sells Tastefully Simple, so the bread is supposed to be with beer but we substitute Soda) for Dinner...Most importantly i didn't snack after work, which is saying something for me.

Did not get to the Gym...I am having a difficult time finding time to get there consistently...  I know it is only 45 min to an hour so i need to pick a time and make it part of my habit...
