Well, the first weekend is over...i was not as good as i would have wanted to be...did go out to eat twice...Friday night and Saturday night but i didn't snack and i ate sensibly all weekend. I also was able to get to the Gym on Saturday and did some good cardio. I plan on going to the Gym tonight after work so i will see if my above thinking was right or not.
Didn't have a chance to eat any breakfast this morning (need to get some oatmeal at the store!) and i am having White Rice and Chicken bites for lunch with a couple animal cookies (i think that is what they are called?) Dinner should be interesting tonight since the wife has a tastefully simple meeting to go to. Guess we'll see what happens.
