An instance of the family bug/flu kept me from getting to the gym last night. I am hoping that we are all feeling better tonight so i can get to the gym. But if i cannot that is ok because family comes first. I weighed myself at work at it seems i 329-330 but i am in full dress so it might be a little off, the scale jumped between 334 and 335, and i have a sweat shirt, t-shirt, jeans and shoes on, so i am giving it 4-5 pounds. I have decided to stick with soups for now and mix it up later in the year...when it gets warmer out and soups aren't fun anymore.
