Gym Tonight:

I am gonna hit the gym tonight and see what damage the Holidays did to me...I am hoping that it is not to bad.  I am also going to try to stick to a new workout schedule...Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturday morning.  My hope is to limit the amount of time i am away from home and the family.  This way i can get my work out in and not miss anything at home.
