Wednesday: Time to work it out!

Ok so i did not get to the gym yesterday but i am very determined to get there tonight!  1) I have committed to meeting a good friend there 2) i have not seen any weight loss in over a week. (good news is that i have not seen any gain either :-)  So my agenda for tonight is move a tv with my FIL, eat dinner, sweat, sleep.
