Workout Thursday:

It is time to get a good sweat in tonight.  I am very hopeful i will get to the gym this evening and I am wondering if i will see any more weight come off in these last two days.  I am still feeling the high of my previous weight loss and i am hoping to ride it to even greater heights.  It actually feels good to have my pants be loose, but right now i am battling with buying more pants (smaller size) or waiting until i lose some more weight.
