Well this weekend is now over. Got back from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and two days of not eating the way I should have...the only good news in this is the fact that I was in good company while doing bad things (eating wise). Now at the gym tonight I will pay the piper and see what the damage is. Also my wife had a cookie exchange on Sunday and I now have several dozen cookies at my house staring me in the face. But i am insistent on denying them any impact on my waistline.
Breakfast was 300 calories and lunch as 510 calories. We are out of our snack, so no snack for today!
