Halfway to the weekend:

We are half way to another weekend.  I didn't get to the gym last night but i am planning on getting to the gym tonight if possible.  I am actually trying very hard to get to the magical 30 pounds lost in the very near future.

Breakfast was 240 calories and lunch as 510 calories.  Got a snacked scheduled for today at 1:00 and it is only 60 calories.
