Workout Thursday:

I am planning to get to the gym tonight and get a good sweat in.  I am being to believe that maybe my soup lunches might be starting to wear on me.  I might need to find some solutions that still keep me within the 500 calorie range for my lunches.

Breakfast was 240 calories and lunch is 470 calories...I watched my dinner last night and i am really watching my snacking.  I think things will get better once the holidays are over and all the festive treats stop coming to my house.
