So I got to the gym last night. and the news was good and bad. My weight was up to 340 but that might not mean anything with the time of night that i did the weigh in. The good was my workout. i got a really good workout in and burned over 500 calories. I am still struggling with keeping my weight loss going...it has been a couple of weeks that i have stayed around this weight and I still need to find a way to jump start my weight loss again. I think i need to watch more closely my snacking after work...i think that is my key.
Breakfast 280 calories and Lunch 510 calories.
