Got to the Gym last night and got a really good workout in, 30+ minutes of Cardio...I got a really good sweat going. Weighed myself and again didn't have any change. I need to be more diligent in my working out so that i get there on a more routine basis. I also think i have to watch more on the weekends...I don't go hog wild, but i know i consume more calories on the weekends then i do at any other day of the week.
Breakfast was normal at 275 calories and lunch was 450 calories. I am thinking i need to be more watchful of my dinners as well...
