So I fell of the wagon a little...i gained 1 pound since my last weigh in. I know i have been snacking more lately then i have been. So consider myself re-woken up and hopping back on the wagon. I hit the gym extra hard last night and racked up over 500 calories on a cardio machine in 1/2 an hour. Now i need to watch the snacking and those dreaded Kit-Kats...curse you chocalate goodness...
Breakfast was 280 calories, lunch as 500 calories...and no more kit-kats...
