The Day After:

Sunday was a celebration of my Birthday through Food.  I was able to select where to eat for lunch and what the Menu was going to be for Dinner.  Red Robin was my choice for lunch, The natural grilled chicken sandwich with melon strips was my meal.  I did splurge on 2 onion rings from our appetizer. Lunch only weighed in at 750 calories which wasn't to bad.  Dinner on the other hand was slightly worse.  Grandma made her own version of chicken-fried steak with Mash Potatoes and Peas.  With a side shot of Lemon Cream Cake for Dessert.  Dinner was a lot worse then lunch at 1750 calories!  But I expected as much.  And My Breakfast was a usual one at 360.  So all in all I was only over my daily limit by 50 calories.  Which is not to bad for really going overboard on my supper...but hey you only turn 30 once.
