Tuesday Morning:

Dragged myself to the gym this morning.  I didn't want to go but I forced myself to go.  I stepped on the scale and was happy do see another pound drop off and my weight register at 324.  Another pound closer to my goal.  I felt especially good after my elliptical session, 440 calories burnt in the early morning. A good way to start your day!
