Usually long weekends are bad for me and my diet(s). Especially when I am attending two backyard cookouts with excellent food! But this weekend was different for me. I was able to stay under my caloric intake recommendation on all 3 days! The closest I came to not making it was Saturday but some good gym time was all it took to swing me back into the positive direction.
It has been 3 weeks since I have began counting my calories on a daily basis and during that time I have lost 10 pounds! Which means that I am maintaining my 3 pounds per week. If I can keep this up for the rest of the summer it would mean that my weight would be at 306 by August 24th. Which would place me at 61 pounds in 1 year. That is my new summer goal 306 by August 24th. Stay tuned for more results!
