Thursday Morning:

Got to the gym this morning and I got a good sweat in. 489 calories later I am feeling pretty good right now. Calorie counting has gone pretty good as well.  I am finding this to be a challenge every day and I am determined to keep at it and to succeed.  And so far so good.  I just want to see more progress as the weeks go on.
