Back on the Train: Monday Morning

This weekend was good to me and so far my mini goal of 315 by Friday seems to be very much in reach!
My weight this morning was at 316, which is ahead of my current schedule of 315 by Friday.  I plan on continuing my routine of working out in the morning and watching what I eat throughout the day and I will see where I can get to by Friday morning.  It would be very good to beat 315 by a pound or two.  And on a side note, with my weight at 316 this morning it means that I have officially crossed the 50lb barrier.
