I have a bit of a snag in my weight loss journey. I have not loss any weight for about a week. Now granted that 5 days of the week was vacation. And I didn't do my very best to watch what I ate...Hey it was vacation after all. But the good news is that I am back on the train after that 5 day stop. Got to the gym this morning and got a 500+ calorie burn in. My breakfast and Lunch added up to 850 calories which leaves me with enough room for a 2400 calorie dinner. Which I do not plan on being 1/2 larger then what is left...so about 1200 calories...which should keep me going in the right direction.
