Got up this morning and weighed in, thankfully I did not see any difference in my weight. I did not go down in weight but more importantly I did not go up in weight. 3 days at the beach eating really rich foods has done no damage, I am sure it helped that two of the three days I was able to jog in the morning and then 2 about 2 hours of boogie boarding in the afternoon. But I did make careful decisions on what I decided to eat.
Now it is back to the real world. I took today off from the gym so I could recuperate from vacation. But I plan on starting up my workouts again tomorrow and Saturday. Now my very short term goal is to lose 8 pounds by August 24th. If I can do this then I would be 310 and would have a weight loss of 57 lbs in 1 year.
