Dinner was really good last night...but was not especially good for me :-) Appetizer, Entree and Dessert, the total meal was in excess of 2,000 calories. But it has been a long time since I have had a meal like that. So I am chalking it up to a wonderful night with my wife! This morning though it was back to reality. Gym in the morning and carefully planned breakfast and lunch followed. It is almost getting to the point that I can do this routine in my sleep...not sure if that is good or bad. I am considering it good since i am still making strides in the right direction.
