Tuesday afternoon:

Forgot to blog during my lunch today. But I got to the gym this morning and was treated with a sub 316 weigh in. Now it was barely under but under is under! But tonight I am celebrating my wifes and I 7th anniversary, so I am not to concerned about what I am going to eat. But since I was good for breakfast and lunch I have some calories to use for dinner.
