I am going to be getting to the gym this afternoon. I didn't feel up to going this morning but I am able to get out of work a little bit early so I am going to utilize that time at the gym. I am also really looking forward to working out with a good friend on Saturday and potentially enjoying some really good coffee as well. My weight has been hovering around the 314 mark this week and is actually up a shade...but I don't think it is anything to worry about...I am just used to seeing progression each week that it is difficult to not see progression all the time.
