Tuesday Morning at the beach:

Got another 2.5 mile jog/walk into day.  My routine that I developed yesterday is to jog 2 blocks and then walk one block and rinse and repeat.  It worked out pretty well. By the time I am done with my routine I am totally drenched with sweat.  Yesterday was a good day at the beach.  I boogie boarded for about 2 hours, which burned almost 600 calories along with the 500 calories from my morning exercise.  We also walked a good bit, but I am just counting that as extra.  With my exercise being counted I am staying within my calories by 100 - 200 or so.  I will be curious to see what my weight is when I get back to the gym on Thursday.  I am hoping to have loss no ground.  If I weigh in at 318 I will be a happy man.
