Wednesday: Tuesday officially made up for.

I got to the gym this morning and officially made up for my laziness on Tuesday. 30 Minutes of hard cardio and 500 calories burned.  Weight is actually holding slightly over 314 which isn't all that uncommon for me to vary up to 2 pounds. I have actually started to get use to eating a lighter breakfast. 1 cup of cereal, usually cheerios or capt'n crunch and 3/4 cup of 2% milk.  Usually my breakfast weighs in at 225 to 275 calories.  And my lunches are holding steady in the 500 - 625 range.  It is definitely good to see that a standard process can pay dividends when you follow it.
