So my Sunday post stole a little bit of my thunder for my Monday post. Hopefully I am still at the weight i was on Friday afternoon...My weekend was good and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I should hover around 2850 Calories at my current weight of 346...
Breakfast was 350 today, Lunch was 520 calories...Total = (870) which means i have 1980 calories to use up for my dinner..and i know i am not going to McDonalds and getting a large number 2, so i should be fine.
Sub 300 here i come!!!
