Today's blog is a little later then usual. I was extremely busy at work today and I did not have time to blog about my routine. Tonight i plan on getting to the gym, most likely it will be later tonight after my son goes to bed. I am hoping to see continuing positive results. I am hoping to be in the 40's after this weekend if possible.
Breakfast was 250 calories today and lunch was 500 calories...dinner is chicken cordon blue soup...and i am quite positive that will be under the 2100 calories that i have left for the day.
