Workout Monday:

This weekend did not go as planned for me.  I caught a touch of a cold on Saturday and because of that i did not get to the gym as planned.  But the good thing is i kept on my eating regiment and i hope to not have suffered any  ill effects of not getting to the gym.
But today I am feeling much better and I am going to get to the gym and get some good cardio in.  I really am not sure what my weight is at so look for an update tomorrow!

Breakfast was 300 calories and lunch is 450 calories.  I am actually a little light so far for today!
