Well today is workout Thursday...My plan for tonight is to do 30 minutes of cardio and then to do a more traditional workout involving my upper body...chest/triceps/biceps. So far my workouts have been going pretty good and i am coming to enjoy working out on the cardio machines.
Breakfast was 250 calories and lunch is 610 calories. I have been pretty happy with my ability to not snack between meals and after dinner. The tempation is always there but i have been doing a good job so far.
I haven't said this before on my blog but this is my goal number 1: to be able to play Wii Fit. It isn't that i can't because of my athletic ability (i consider myself to be pretty athletic)...it is solely because of my weight. Wii Fit has a weight limit of 330 pounds. And as of today i am only 13 pounds away from being able to play Wii Fit!
